Kirk Parks

Founder of PMC, Kirk Parks has deep experience in fiscal operations. He has held leadership roles within the New York City treasury and the NYC Comptroller’s Office. A former bureau chief of financial analysis at the Comptroller’s Office, Kirk is the architect of the cash flow projection framework used to track $80+ billion touching the NYC treasury on a yearly basis.

Kirk also has an extensive background in securities trading and analysis. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University.
